Winners of the Beyond Service Awards were recognized for exceptional growth and teamwork.

HOLMDEL, NJ – January 17, 2023 – WorkWave, a leading provider of SaaS software solutions that support every stage of a service business’s life cycle, concluded its annual Beyond Service User Conference after four days of nonstop networking, training, information sessions, and exciting activities. 

The conference, which ran from January 8 – 11 in Orlando, FL, featured over 150 sessions, special keynote speeches from WorkWave CEO David F. Giannetto and NASCAR legend Rusty Wallace, and offered specialized tracks and sessions for many of its products including Real Green, PestPac, Coalmarch, TEAM Software, WorkWave Service and ServMan. 

During his keynote speech, Giannetto highlighted successes over the past year and promised WorkWave’s customers that it is committed to leading through change and powering its customers’ growth into the next year. “At WorkWave, we decided we were going to lead through change and that’s what we’ve done,” said Giannetto during the speech. “That’s what we will keep doing because great companies do thrive during challenging times. And if great companies lead through change they come out even further ahead of the competition. And that is what you see happening for us. So the answer is: you’ve chosen the strongest possible company as your partner. And we are committed to being the best partner possible.“

The second annual Beyond Service Awards took place on Tuesday night and celebrated WorkWave customers in two categories. The Driven to Success Award awarded one company from each product line that showed exceptional growth and partnership over the course of the last year and the Pit Crew Award was a submission-based award given to the company whose team showed excellent teamwork and collaboration over the course of the past year. The winners were as follows:

  • Real Green: Weed Pro
  • Coalmarch: A&C Pest Management
  • TEAM Software: Paladin Group of Companies

Pit Crew Award: 

  • Wolfpack Pest Control

Conference attendee Mark Kelbacher, President of Mission Green Services, said, “Every time we come to one of these [events] it’s a great time to network and talk to other companies. And every day, no matter how much you think you know, you’re learning something new every single time.”

Other conference highlights include product-focused boot camps, the launch of WorkWave’s new Communication Center, and its nightly entertainment like the welcome reception and NCAA tailgate party.

Nina Beebe, CFO of Blue Beetle Pest Management said, “It was so much fun last year, and this year, I’m already having a blast. And let me just say, the boot camp is amazing. I love it. I learned more at the boot camp than almost any of the classes because you get one-on-one attention with the key people.”

Next year’s Beyond Service User Conference is scheduled for January 7-10, 2024 with more details to come throughout the year.
