PestPac User Conference: Your Guide to New Orleans!

The 2018 PestPac User Conference features a jam-packed agenda with over twenty new courses! In between sessions and after the conference ends each night, we encourage attendees to experience everything the Big Easy has to offer. That’s why we’ve put together this guide to help you make the most of your week in New Orleans.

The Hotel Monteleone

This year’s User Conference is being held at The Hotel Monteleone, a luxury hotel in the heart of the French Quarter. The hotel is home to New Orleans’ only revolving bar, the famed Carousel Bar & Lounge which provides unbeatable views and cocktails to match.

Royal Street

Often regarded as the quiet alternative to nearby Bourbon Street, Royal Street emcompasses the best of what New Orleans has to offer, from world-class restaurants to art galleries. Wander the 13-block stretch to marvel at historic architecture dating back to the 18th and 19th centuries.

Each day between 11am-4pm, several blocks on Royal Street close to vehicular traffic and become a bustling pedestrian mall. Entertainers including mimes, musicians, and dancers all set up shop during this time. Take some time to explore the sights and sounds of the Big Easy.

Haunted Tours

Discover why New Orleans has earned the reputation being “The Most Haunted City in America” by taking one of manyhaunted tours the city has to offer.

Jackson Square

Looking to appreciate art? The historic Jackson Square is noted for its artist colony featuring painters, portrait artists and more. The sidewalks are lined with original artwork, creating an atmosphere you won’t find anywhere else. Some of the artists have set up shop in the Square for decades, sharing their talent with tourists and locals alike.
